About the business plan and what is expected
The business plan that you submit to us should ideally contain the following:

	The amount of venture capital investment required and how it you would like it to be structured.
	A description of the service or product that you are to provide
	A history of your company (if applicable)
	Your business and marketing strategy - how you propose to suceed
	An analysis of the market you will be working in and who your major competitors will be
	Details of who the key management will be - strengths and weaknesses
	Financial statments - current and projected

It is important to remember that this should be a working document for the/your company, something that can be followed and not just a tool for raising venture capital funding. We prefer you to post your business plans in hard copy as opposed to email, posted business plans tend to be read by our funding partners before any emailed submissions. In the past we have provided signed Non disclosure agreements, however due to the amount of business plans we receive this is now not possible. The definition of Venture Capital
Venture Capital is the process by which investors fund early stage, more risk oriented business endeavors.
